How far in advance should I schedule my vehicle pickup?

The more notice our auto transport carriers have the better. With advance notice, we can better schedule your vehicle’s pickup. However, we can in some cases pick up in a matter of hours.

How long will it take to pick up and deliver my vehicle?

A coast-to-coast trip usually takes 10-14 days, Shorter trips can be done in 3-5 days. We can even pickup and deliver on the same day depending on the distance.

Can I ship personal items in my vehicle?

We do not recommend placing any personal items in your vehicle. We can not take responsibility for your personal items or the damage they may cause to your vehicle.

If I cannot be reached at delivery time, what happens to my vehicle?

We will make every effort to contact you 24 hours prior to delivery time. If you are not available for delivery, we will keep your vehicle on the truck to deliver at a later date, or we will leave it at a local storage lot. Both options will cost you more, so let us know ASAP if you will not be around for delivery.

How do I pay for services?

We need to receive a deposit or prepayment before your vehicle is scheduled for transport. In addition, we require a signed Shipping Order Form and Terms & Conditions Form before we can transport your vehicle. Payments can be made via credit card, money order, cashier’s check, or cash. The balance must be paid to the driver in the form of cash or certified check, as our trucks are not able to handle credit card payments.

Will you pick up and deliver my vehicle door-to-door?

If our carriers can get to your address, we drive right up to your door to pick up your vehicle.  If you address is not safely accessible for our bigger carriers, like our 9-10 car haulers,  we’ll help you set up a convenient location such as a parking lot near your address to meet for pickup.

What if my vehicle does not run?

If your vehicle is inoperable, we will add additional charges in our quote. The charge will be more if we did not know the vehicle’s condition until pickup.

If I cancel my order, will I receive a refund?

There is a $150 deposit upon scheduling a transport. Once we have assigned your vehicle for pickup, that deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before we assign your vehicle, you will receive a full refund for your deposit.

Will my car be insured while its traveling with you?

Your vehicle is insured for the Blue Book value the entire time it is on the truck. Occurrences not covered are clearly listed on your Shipping Order and on the Bill of Lading upon which your car is shipped. A condition report is done on pickup. The person turning the car over and the truck driver both sign this report and a copy is given to the party delivering the car. This same report is presented upon delivery of the vehicle. You should compare the condition of the car to the report thoroughly at that time. If for some reason you feel that some damage has occurred, you must note it on the report before you sign it and before the driver leaves. Any claims made after this time will not be honored.

Do you transport to Florida?

Yes, we transport to and from Florida on a regular basis.
